Choose Your
Path Forward.
Individual programs. Corporate experiences. All built on the same principle: that real change requires real challenge.
There is no program here for people who want incremental improvement.
Every offering is designed for the moment when you are ready to move.
For Leaders Who Are
Ready to Move.
Two ways to work individually with Misogi Works. One is an intensive 48-hour experience in the mountains of Slovenia. The other is a sustained coaching engagement. Both require full commitment. Both deliver lasting results.
Forge48
48-Hour Mountain Intensive
Not a fitness challenge. A clarity intensive that uses the mountain as its primary tool. Seven hikes. 48 hours. A cohort of no more than 5 participants. The Slovenian Alps. This is the signature Misogi Works experience, the one that started everything.
You arrive on Sunday evening. You leave on Wednesday morning. In between, you hike through midnight, through dawn, through heat and cold and fatigue, with a small group of people doing the same. Between hikes: deep coaching sessions, peer work, and structured reflection.
You don't leave with a strategy. You leave having made decisions that were impossible to make before you arrived.
One Coach.
Your Work.
Fully Yours.
For leaders and coaches who want sustained, deep work, without the group container. Borut works individually with a small number of clients at any given time. This is intensive, honest, and structured around what you are actually working on. Not a generic coaching framework.
1 Month Intensive
Deep dive on one clear challenge. For when you need to make a decision or start moving on something you’ve been avoiding.
3 Month Engagement
The most popular format. Time for a real shift. Includes deeper work on your patterns that are preventing you from moving on what you know is right for you. Can also include a one-day nature coaching retreat.
6 Month Partnership
For leaders who want a genuine long-term thinking partner to help them go deeper into what they really want and start building their life from that place. Rare. Reserved for people ready to rebuild something fundamental.
When the Work
Is Bigger Than
One Person.
Two corporate programs. Both built on the same methodology. Designed for the moments that matter: when a team needs to bond, reset, or find its way back to itself.
Forge48 for Teams
Bond Over Hard Things.
Build Something Real.
Your team already has the talent. What it might lack is a shared crucible: an experience that reveals who people actually are under pressure, and builds the kind of trust that can't be manufactured in a workshop.
Forge48 for Teams brings 3–8 people from your organization to the Slovenian mountains for a 48-hour intensive. 7 hikes. Full support. Deep facilitated sessions in between.
Teams that do this don't just come back closer. They come back aligned: shared language, shared reference points, and a shared experience of having done something genuinely difficult together.
Crisis Clarity Day
A One-Day Intervention to Restore Clarity
When Your Team Is in Crisis.
You know this feeling:
The client relationship is deteriorating and the team is reacting, not thinking. Key people just quit (two in one week) and the ones left are quietly updating their CVs. A major deadline was missed. Departments are blaming each other. Decisions are stuck in loops.
Here's the trap: in crisis, everyone works harder on the wrong things. Back-to-back meetings. Status updates at midnight. More pressure, no clarity. Every week in this state costs you burned-out people, damaged client trust, and decisions made from panic.
The teams that recover fastest aren't the ones who work hardest. They're the ones who step back far enough to see what's really happening.
One day. Outside the building. Morning: walk in nature, define the real problem, individual reflection. Midday: facilitated session to map patterns underneath the symptoms. Afternoon: scenarios, contingency plans, clear owners, next actions. You're done by late afternoon, with clarity instead of chaos.
A 20-minute call to understand what you're facing. If Crisis Clarity Day is the right fit, your team can be out of the office and into clarity within a week. If it's not the right fit, Borut will say so.
