Your team is competent. You deliver. But deep down you know there's a big untapped potential there.
You train, you have workshops, you have teambuildings. But the patterns that hold teams back rarely shift through learning and hanging out alone. They shift when people experience each other differently. Forge48 for Teams creates that context.
The team technically works together. But in practice, each person is managing their own piece with minimal real collaboration. The sum isn't greater than the parts.
Something happened (a failure, a leadership change, a period of too much pressure). Trust was damaged. The team is functional but cautious. Nobody says the real thing.
The team is facing a big decision. Every meeting produces more analysis. Less clarity. The shared direction that used to feel obvious has disappeared.
New members, new structure, new leadership. The old team identity is gone. The new one hasn't formed yet. People are still figuring out how to be together.
Every one of these situations has the same root: the team lacks a shared reference point, a moment they all went through together that established who they are to each other. Forge48 for Teams creates that moment.
Before a team can build anything real together, they need to be actually present with each other. Not performing roles. Not managing perceptions. Present. That’s the first variable. And once it’s there, the energy to act on what’s true becomes available. That’s the second.
The first day, the first three or four hikes, strips away the professional armor. Titles, politics, and posturing become too expensive to maintain on a mountain. What comes forward is who people actually are. How they respond under pressure. What they care about when the performance drops.
The second day channels that shared clarity into creation. The coaching sessions turn from challenge to honest conversation: what actually needs to change, commitments that are witnessed, decisions that are real. Not workshopped. Real.
The challenge is not symbolic. It is real. And the trust it builds is proportional to that reality.
Your team gathers at a mountain lodge in Slovenia. Phones go away. Opening circle. Each person speaks their intention. Then the first hike begins at midnight. Darkness removes distraction. Fatigue strips away performance. The things that have been unsaid start getting said.
Four more hikes. Coaching sessions between them focused on what's actually happening in your team. Borut names the patterns as they emerge: who speaks first, who defers, where energy drops. Walking together after a difficult conversation lets things settle. By Monday evening, your team has had conversations they don't have in the office.
After the second night hike and the final afternoon hike, your team enters the creation workshop. Three hours to build something together. Not plan. Not discuss. Build.
Unlike our individual program where each person works on their own project, team editions focus on a shared creation. What your team might build:
The creation isn't the point. Building it together is. But there's something about creating after 48 hours of shared challenge that cuts through the usual planning paralysis.
The intensive creates the breakthrough. The follow-up locks it in. We reconvene in person for a half-day group coaching session. You review what's changed, what's stuck, and what needs attention. This isn't a check-in. It's the second act of the transformation.
CEOs and their direct reports. C-suite cohorts. Senior leadership groups navigating strategy, transition, or scale. The conversations that need to happen at this level require a container that's different from a boardroom.
Teams working on something that matters: a transformation, a launch, a turnaround. The challenge and coherence of the team directly affects the outcome. This is investment in the project's most important variable.
Post-merger or acquisition. New leadership. Major restructuring. The old team identity is gone. Forge48 for Teams accelerates the formation of the new one.
Teams in active interpersonal conflict requiring therapeutic intervention. Teams where attendance would feel mandatory rather than chosen.
Intentionally small to ensure depth. Under 3 becomes individual coaching; over 8 dilutes the intimacy.
48-hour mountain intensive followed by an in-person half-day group coaching session 4–6 weeks later.
Not tied to September. We schedule around your team's availability and organizational calendar.
Premium accommodation included for the full duration of the intensive.
Based on group size and preparation scope. Contact us for a proposal tailored to your team.
All accommodation and meals during the intensive, seven hikes, coaching sessions, creation workshop, and in-person follow-up session 4–6 weeks later.
3–8 is the sweet spot. Small enough for depth, large enough for group dynamics to be real. Under 3 and it becomes individual coaching. Over 8 and the intimacy that makes this work starts to dilute.
To a degree. The core structure (mountain, hikes, facilitated sessions) is fixed because it's the mechanism. What's customized is the preparation, the framing, and the integration work, which is tailored to your team's specific situation.
Discuss it with us before applying. The hikes are challenging but not technically demanding. Most people who can walk several hours on uneven terrain can participate. We've worked with people of varying fitness levels.
Completely. What is said during Forge48 for Teams stays within the team and with Borut. There is no reporting to HR or leadership outside the group unless the team explicitly requests it.
Custom scheduling means we can work around your calendar. Start a conversation and we'll figure out what's possible.
A 30-minute call. You share what's happening with the team, I share how Forge48 for Teams works. No slides. No sales script.
Book now →I ask about the team dynamics, what's working, what isn't. You ask whatever you need. We figure out together if this makes sense β timing, group, goals.
If it's a fit, we design the experience around your team. If it's not, I'll say so. Either way, you leave with clarity on what your team actually needs.
