You’ve had a picture in your head for a while. A business you want to start, a role you want to leave, a different kind of week, a move to somewhere quieter. You know it well and you’ve thought about it a lot. And you haven’t started.
It’s rarely a lack of discipline. The change feels risky, as if one wrong move could break what you’ve built. So you wait for the right moment, and it doesn’t come.
If you’re not sure yet what you want to change, start with the Diagnostic or Coaching instead.
Big changes feel scary because they’re big. A small step is different. It’s real enough to teach you something, and small enough that nothing breaks.
Every step tells you two things. How the world responds: what people say, what happens next. And how you respond inside: what you feel before, during and after. The second is often the more useful one, and it’s the one we pay most attention to.
Before you start.
You get the first part of your guide. The guide comes in five short parts, and each one arrives on the day you need it. Together they show you how to notice what happens inside you and around you, and how to check what your head says about it.
Day 0 · First session, 60 minutes.
On a walk together, or online. We make the change you want concrete: what it looks like 6 to 12 months from now, and how it would feel. Then we plan your first steps together.
Days 1 to 14 · One step a day.
Each day you take one small step. Then you send me a short voice or text message: what you did, how it felt, what happened and what your head said about it. A day without a step is still worth a message, because it tells us something too.
Every 3 to 5 days · My notes to you.
I listen to every message and send you a written summary of what I’m seeing: what you did, what you felt, how people responded, and the patterns that keep coming up.
Day 14 · Second session, 60 minutes.
On a walk or online again. You get the complete guide and your Signal Map: your 14 days on one page. We look at it together, see what you learned about yourself and how you move, and plan what comes next.
People ask whether two weeks can change a life. It can’t, and it isn’t meant to. It gets you moving, and moving is where things change.
Everything you get is made to be used during the 14 days. The guide arrives in five parts, on the days you need them. On day 14 you get the whole guide and your own Signal Map.

You’re like the stone under a lever. The bar is mine, and so is the weight. But how much strength I need to lift it depends on where that stone sits, and you were in the right place at the right time. I’m usually very careful about who I let into my inner world. With you it just happened. A year from now I’ll look back and say: wow.

As much as the step needs. Some take five minutes, some take an hour. The message to me takes a few minutes.
Send me a message anyway. A day you didn’t take a step tells us as much as a day you did.
Yes. Both sessions can be a walk together, or an online session if that suits you better.
