The reason is simple. Thinking uses the same software that got you stuck. The same patterns, the same defenses, the same blind spots. You can refine the analysis forever. The pattern keeps running. What you actually need is a different vantage point and the willingness to do something while you’re standing in it.

I’ve been
where you are.

Fifteen years building companies and filling roles that looked right from the outside. I was quick to see what was needed and kept volunteering. Each success opened a new door. Until 2024, when I hit a wall.

I took a sabbatical. Flew halfway around the world for a coaching intensive. Did every form of inner work I could find. Understood myself better than ever. And I was still stuck.

What moved the needle wasn’t more thinking. It was getting outside. Walking until the noise dropped. Having conversations that didn’t fit the usual scripts. Then making actual moves in the real world and listening to what those moves created in me and the world around me. That’s what this work is built on.
